How do I place an order?
Ordering online at fattiepie.com is easy. Simply select the size of the item you would like and click Add to Cart, then enter the quantity and country.
Once you're done click Checkout to begin the Checkout process.
Do you offer custom order?
Custom orders are available upon approval. Simply email us at sales@fattiepie.com
We will get back to you within 24hours of receiving your email.
What size is the right size?
Select the right size using our Fattie Pie size chart. Simply look for the child's age, weight and chest to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
How quickly will my order be processed?
All purchases are made to order. Orders are processed within 10-12wks upon credit card validation.
Do you offer rush order service?
Rush orders are available upon approval. Rush order fee may apply.
How much can I purchase of a single style?
We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes.
We reserve the right to limit purchases to five (5) items per style, per customer, regardless of size of the merchandise.
We also reserve the right to cancel multiple orders of merchandise purchased in violation of this policy.
